Who We Are

Sykes & Omar was founded by Joseph and Henry, who both have first-hand experience of private households and the level of organisation required to run them well.

Joseph

With several years’ experience working within private households, Joseph has developed a strong understanding of what it takes to run homes and lifestyles to the highest standard. His background spans roles as both House Manager and Personal Assistant, overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating staff, and managing the many demands of busy, high-level lives.

He has worked closely with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families across the UK and internationally, most recently supporting one of the North’s most prominent business figures, who today remains a valued client. This experience, combined with a well-established network of trusted contacts, enables him to deliver a discreet, detail-led approach, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

Henry

With lived experience within a private estate, Henry has developed a deep and practical understanding of what it takes to operate properties to the highest standard. His hands-on involvement across all aspects of estate life has given him a well-rounded and instinctive perspective.

Alongside this, his experience in property investment enables him to oversee both the operational and strategic demands of clients’ homes and wider interests. He delivers a seamless, detail-driven approach, with a strong focus on discretion and maintaining an uncompromising standard of excellence.

Together, this combination of professional experience and lived understanding allows Sykes & Omar to offer practical, discreet and well-informed support to the households we work with.
